Pelman Architecture Inc. was established in 1968 as a professional architectural service to all levels of the development industry.  Since then, the firm’s scope and service has gradually expanded, directed to two principle objectives:

•To provide excellence in service and design to our clients; and
•To fully understand our clients’ budget and market constraints.

To meet these goals, the firm’s services have become increasingly comprehensive and diverse, providing expertise in multi-family residential, recreation, commercial, seniors facilities and industrial projects.  

A growing involvement with each increment of the development process has expanded the firm’s services and professional experience, providing a proven record of successful projects.

Pelman Architects became a corporation in 1989.
